This Leadership Academy is an immersive two-day learning experience that offers the best of personal and professional development, leadership exposure, and insight from guest speakers designed to help you discover the framework and tools to understand your own personal leadership style and make a significant impact on those you work with. Our leadership program benefits emerging, high potential leaders, and middle managers who want to enhance key leadership skills. This course will start with a 360-degree assessment, using feedback from coworkers, to help you gain an understanding of how you are perceived as a leader, plan your professional development, and leave with an action plan for success. To allow for this in-depth assessment registration for this program will close on March 2nd, 2018.
