Our leadership program benefits emerging\, high potential leaders\, and middle managers who want to enhance key leadership skills. This course will start with a 360-degree assessment\, using feedback from coworkers\, to help you gain an understanding of how you are perceived as a leader\, plan your professional development\, and leave with an action plan for success.
