Description
Join Placentia-Linda Hospital as they continue their educational series on heart health awareness. This event will feature a panel of Emergency Physicians and Cardiologists to discuss heart disease & which conditions they treat at Placentia-Linda Hospital. They will also offer a FREE basic screening which includes: glucose or blood sugar testing, blood pressure, and a stroke risk assessment.
