On January 16, 2016, the U.S. and major allies lifted sanctions on Iran under negotiated terms of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) with Iran, said to “verifiably prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon”. Because the U.S. continues to enforce sanctions on Iran, U.S. companies are still very limited in their ability to do business there. Learn about JCPOA terms and the effect on U.S. and EU companies and which sanctions changed and which remained.
This webinar will be presented by Christel Vilogron of IEPB Global. Christel will help you understand what is permitted and what is restricted.
