With a new Administration in the State Capitol, many new initiatives are being proposed that will no doubt affect how we live, work, and play. Regarding Governor Newsom’s housing plans, he has stated, “Our state’s affordability crisis is undermining the California Dream and the foundations of our economic well-being.” In addition to addressing the affordability issue, let’s not forget about a natural precious resource needed to support housing and new development – water.
