Senator Ling Ling Chang is hosting a Free Pet Microchipping Pawfest on Saturday, September 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Brookhurst Park. She will be giving an update on her bill to microchip all shelter pets.
Microchipping provided by Heathcare & Emergency Animal Rescue Team (HEART).
