Description
This session will cover how to evaluate starting a franchise vs. an independent business vs. buying an existing business. Speakers will review the best types of franchises to open in today's economy and the myths about franchising. This session will present the costs to start a franchise and how to research the right franchises in order to make it a good fit. Experts will go over what mistakes to avoid when choosing and researching a franchise, negotiation issues, California laws & common issues, legal documents, disclosure documents and franchise agreements.
