Description
In this workshop learn how to develop a valuation estimate that is defensible whether you are buying, selling or starting a business. You'll learn the pros and cons of franchising as well. All of this is in "plain English" and based on current valuation concepts. You will be taken through the process using examples of each calculation. Learn what makes up "value" and the steps required to maximize business valuation. As a buyer, you will learn what steps you can take to determine the "right price".
