Description
In this workshop you will learn how to develop a valuation estimate that is defensible whether you are buying, selling or starting a business. If a franchise more to your liking, you will learn the pros and cons of franchising as well. All of this is in "plain English" and based on current valuation concepts. We will take you through the process using examples of each calculation.
