Mentors
David Blankenhorn
Blankenhorn spent 47 years in banking 25 of them as a CEO and Director of nine community banks. He was active in business lending, real estate lending, as well as administration, finance, marketing and planning. During his career he served on many nonprofit boards in various capacities.

Michael Edwards
Mike’s 45-year career in the durable goods industry led to strong expertise in Product Development, Manufacturing and Sales & Marketing. Successfully combined three competing companies into a single performing unit of 1200 employees and $110M sales. Has strong expertise in writing Business Plans, organizing companies and Lean Start-up. More recently he worked for a private investor to save a failing company by first executing a business turn-around and then successfully building a national brand through strengthening Distribution and Product Innovation. The business was recently sold at an attractive multiple.

Howard Hawkins
Howard spent the bulk of his career in the banking industry. He is experienced in commercial credit, lending, and administration. Howard also spent 9 years as a financial advisor for small business involving retirement plans and insurance issues. Howard knows how banks think. If you have issues with your bank Howard is the man to see.

Stan Lewczyk
Stan earned an engineering degree from Rensselaer and an MBA from Harvard. His last position was President of Star Fine Foods (olive oil, vinegars, artichokes, Mediterranean products). He also held top management positions with Con Agra, Clorox, Sun-Diamond (Sun-Maid, Diamond Walnuts). Major customers were: grocery accounts, warehouse club stores, large discounters, drug stores, military commissary and some international business.

Donald Rader
Donald graduated from University of Wisconsin with a degree in Business Administration and Economics. He has over 40 years of experience in Food Processing Industry Production & Manufacturing. He has worked at all levels of production management from entry level to VP Operations.
