Description
Through a Workforce Development Initiative, Rancho Santiage Community College District is offering a teamwork training class that businesses can send one or more employees to and tap into the Employment Training Panel (ETP) funding to cover the cost. Trainees will learn how to minimize resistance to change and get the team working together instead of individually. They will learn how to achieve phenomenal team results and improve communication amongst team members.
