Description
On Thursday, November 30th, Placentia-Linda Hospital will feature a panel of an Emergency Physician, a Cardiologist and a Registered Dietician to discuss facts and prevention of heart disease, at their “Heart Health Education and Screening” event. They will also offer a FREE basic screening which will include: Glucose/blood sugar, blood pressure, and a stroke risk assessment, with support from the American Heart Association.
