- Special Keynote speaker, Garry O. Ridge, President & CEO, WD-40 Company
- Salute to those who lead in difficult times
- Year-in-review presented by NOCC Chair of the Board Michael Williams, President, Williams Insurance Brokers
- Welcoming of Dr. Cherry Li Bugg, Vice Chancellor, North Orange County Community College District, NOCC Chair-Elect 2020-2021, who will provide vision for our organization as we enter a new era of recovery
- Introduction of new board members Emily Grant, SoCalGas Co, Andrea Reyes, American First Credit Union and Danielle Thomas, Professional Search Group.
- A grateful thanks to Chris DeCaro, Kneedle, Kelly Lee, Southern California Edison, and Helen Eligio, Farmers & Merchants Bank as we recognize the contributions provided to the Chamber during their year of service as board members.
