The NOC Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Lunch & Learn with human resources professional and founder of HR Prescriptions, Terri Olson.

As the Department of Labor introduced new guidelines for the definition of exempt and non-exempt employees as well as new pay levels for exempt employees Terri will walk you and your business through how to ensure you are operating correctly come December 1st.
