Description
Curated by Leonard Marcus, Golden Legacy: 75 Years of Golden Books is the most extensive public showing of original illustration art from American publishing?s most loved and consequential picture-book series, Little Golden Books. Celebrating its sixty-fifth anniversary in 2007, this exhibition continues to enthrall audiences during its travels. To celebrate its seventy-five years, this exhibition has been updated with the addition of artwork from contemporary Little Golden book artists.
The opening reception takes place March 14, 2020 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Fullerton Museum Center. Golden Legacy: 75 Years of Golden Books artwork will be on display from March 14 until May 3, 2020.
