The El Capitan District celebrating scouting and help ensure BSA's special scouting programs for youth
The proceeds from the luncheon will provide funding for Club Scouts, Boy Scouts, Adventure Scouts, Explorer Scouts and Young Ladies as they become members of our Orange County BSA Scouting Programs.
