CSUF - Orange County Celebrates Entrepreneurship

Description

The inaugural Orange County Celebrates Entrepreneurs will give guests the chance to gain a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial journey and its impact. There will be keynote remarks, panel discussions, podcast and networking among startups, business leaders, investors, bankers, advisors, and students. 

The event is a collaboration between UCI Beall Applied Innovation, Cal State Fullerton Center for Entrepreneurship and Concordia University School of Business and Economics. 

Tentative Schedule:

• 1:00 pm: John Bradley Jackson, Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship at Cal State Fullerton
• 1:10 pm: Opening Keynote with Paul Wasserman, Co-Founder of Ebates
• 1:35 pm: Transition
• 1:45 pm: First panels (Startups, Family Business, and Carey Ransom Podcast)
• 2:25 pm: Transition
• 2:35 pm: Second Panels (Growth Companies in the Food Industry, Growth Companies in the Tech Industry, and Investors)
• 3:15 pm Networking
• 3:30 pm: Third Panels (Exits, Advisors, and Startups)
• 4:10 pm: Transition
• 4:20 pm: Closing Keynote with Gillian Hayes, UCI Vice Provost
• 4:45 pm: Closing remarks from George Wright, the Dean of the School of Business for Concordia University
