Roger Kotch is Founder and Managing Director of RYAMK Consulting, a management consulting firm focused on family businesses in the food, beverage and hospitality industry. Previously, Roger was the Chief Financial Officer of In-N-Out Burger from 1997 to 2019, a California corporation and leader in the quick service restaurant industry with over 350 stores in the states of California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Oregon and Texas. Roger started at In-N-Out Burger in 1984, when the company had 32 stores, and held the positions of Controller, Director of Finance and Vice President of Administration before assuming the position of CFO in 1997.
