Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC) will host a Water Policy Forum and Dinner with keynote speaker Jeffrey Kightlinger, MWD General Manager and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kightlinger will reflect on MWD's past developments and discuss future projects regarding Southern California's water supplies and reliability.
