In this session, new employment laws and trends that affect California employers will be reviewed. You will also receive tips and resources to help you cut through the complexity, to protect you and your organization and effectively manage risk.

Audrianne has an extensive background and "hands-on" experience in the design and implementation of HR programs for small businesses that keep employers in compliance, while motivating employees towards increased business performance. HR NETwork, an HR outsourcing company, was designed to partner with businesses, relieving them of the burden and confusion of the complicated and highly regulated Human Resources systems. Audrianne holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, as well as certified in compensation development and design.
