Jim has held financial positions with Dexter\, General Dynamics and Statek Corporation\, as well as an environmental start-up. For ten years he was part owner\, director\, and CFO of Consolidated Reprographics\, an Orange County leading reprographics company. He also helped manage a privately held high technology company awarded as one of the top 50 fastest growing private companies in Orange County. During his career\, Jim has had extensive experience in merger and acquisition activity as both buyer and seller. He has prepared Business Plans\, sold and purchased businesses and has helped entrepreneurs improve their cash flow. Management Accounting is his specialty. Jim has been active in various volunteer organizations\, such as SCORE and United Way.
