He also works part-time for a tax audit defense company\, representing taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS and state taxing agencies. Prior to forming his own tax practice in 2006\, he worked as a tax specialist at H&R Block for seven years.  \n\n \n\nRumbold holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of New Haven and a master's in business administration from the University of Phoenix\, and is an enrolled agent and certified financial planner.
