In honor of Earth Day\, festival activities will focus on being kind to our planet\, so craft projects will incorporate found and recycled objects easily found in the home.\n\n\n\nJR. HIGH ART SHOW SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: In conjunction with the annual Children's Art Festival\, the Junior High Art Show is a one day exhibit at the event showcasing artwork from students of Buena Park and surrounding cities. Your child or student will be able to share their work with the community. Students are encouraged to create art pieces that celebrate the Earth or raise awareness about environmental issues. Not open to after school art programs or private instruction classes.\n\n\n\nArtwork submission deadline is Wednesday\, April 18 by 5:00 p.m. All artwork will be on display during the Children's Art Festival on Saturday\, April 21\, 2018. Ribbons and prizes will be awarded to the place winners in each grade level. Artwork on paper must be matted and/or mounted on mat board. Work that is not matted or mounted will not be accepted. All artwork must be ready to hang. No 3-dimensional artwork will be accepted.\n\n\n\nStudents are allowed to enter a maximum of three submissions\, but may only place with one entry.
