DESCRIPTION:The County of Riverside   Office of Foreign Trade\, the US Department of Commerce\, and the US Small Business Administration (SBA) is hosting a SoCal Procurement & Manufacturing Summit - "A Global Perspective" on May 26\, 2016 in the Riverside Convention Center.  The summit is to help all businesses in Southern California: small and large businesses\, 8 (a) qualified\, women owned\, minority owned\, veteran owned\, disabled veteran owned and disadvantaged business enterprises. \n\n \n\nThe summit will feature over 100 buyers from government agencies and large corporations\, and over 1000 vendors/suppliers.  The event will also feature seminars to teach small and medium-sized business how to export their products outside of the United States\, how to become a Certified 8(a) business\, how to become a certified supplier for Federal agencies\, and how to utilize various types of government programs to help small businesses.
