Description
Refresh and relax your body with Yoga each Saturday morning, and at special Wednesday evening sessions added in July and August! Come connect with nature and your spirit as you practice yoga in our beautiful garden setting. Music, spare mats, and snacks are provided. Kim Mason is a certified yoga instructor with over 20 years of yoga experience. Her training includes Iyengar yoga, Hatha yoga, Kundalini yoga and various types of meditation. Her clients include Team Survivor, Anaheim Achieves, Irvine Public Schools Foundation and Nickelodeon.
| Class is appropriate for all levels including beginners. Ages 16 – 17 allowed with an adult. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a mat if you have one. | |
