Description
Councilwoman Sharon Quirk-Silva has announced a new season of her popular “Walk and Talk” programs for 2012.
The walks, which take place the first Saturday of the month, are designed to give citizens an opportunity to ask questions about city activities and projects, as well as talk about matters of concern to them.
The approximately one-hour walks begin at 8:30 a.m., and take place in a different area of the city each month. Participants are advised to wear comfortable shoes.
