Own a business? Are you thinking about succession planning and retirement? Waiting until "late in the game" is not a good idea. On the other hand, planning ahead may lead to a better return for those years of hard work you have invested in your business. This workshop will answer many of the questions you may now have.
Small business owners generally are so busy working in their business that they seldom set aside time to work on their business. When they do reach the point of thinking about succession planning or simply selling and retiring the end result they see may not meet their expectations or what they had hoped for when they started their business.
There are questions that need to be asked and answered;
- What will my business be worth when I reach the point of retirement?
- How will I handle the transaction?
- How will my exit strategy affect my taxes?
- How should I invest for the future?
