This workshop will present the main legal issues facing entrepreneurs and small business owners, as well as the importance of understanding the risk of noncompliance with the law. The workshop will include discussion of legal risk management principles that can be effectively incorporated into the lean business model canvas. Also included will be on-going identification of the most significant risks; prioritization of those risks; implementation of strategies to mitigate and turn those risks into opportunity; and efficient monitoring of legal risk management efforts.
