Description
The Muckenthaler Cultural Center Foundation, otherwise known as “The Muck,” will host a night of hip-shaking musical beats thanks to Susie Hansen’s Salsa Fiesta on Thursday, July 26th at 5 p.m.
Violinist Susie Hansen and her band will perform their original style of Afro-Cuban Salsa and Latin Jazz in the Muck’s outdoor amphitheatre. Popular with jazz aficionados, dancers, and foot-tapping listeners, the band knows how to get the audience moving. As Susie likes to say, “We aim for the feet!” The Muckenthaler’s executive director, Zoot Velasco, will teach a salsa dance lesson before the concert.
Tickets for non-members are $20, $16 for students or seniors, and $10 for Muck members. Don’t miss a summer night of sizzling tunes!
