Hart Community Homes would like you to participate in our 13th Annual Golf Tournament at The Hacienda Golf Club 718 E Road La Habra Heights 90631 on August 1st 2011.
Here are a few ways to help:
1. Call a Friend, and play golf ($250 per Person)
2. Be a Tee Sponsor ($150)
3. Donate any item for the silent auction or raffle
