The Fullerton Arboretum will host our annual Salvia Spectacular Plant Sale the weekend of September 21st and 22nd , 2013.  The sale begins at 10:00a.m. and ends by 4:00p.m. both days.

We are kicking off this unique sale with a
Members Only Preview-Sale on Friday evening, Sept. 20th.

The Salvia Pre-Sale Tour is Saturday, September 21st at 9:00 a.m. Meet with a member of our curatorial staff at the Nature Center and take a tour of the Arboretum’s salvia collection. Learn all about the diversity and water saving beauty these plants can bring to your home garden. For tour reservations, please call 657-278-3407, or register through our secure shopping cart. Fee: $18.00 Member Price, $20.00 Non-Member Price.


This year’s sale will feature more than 75 varieties of Salvia. Commonly known as sage, Salvia is the largest genus in the mint family. They are noteworthy for their color, ornamental foliage, resistance to pests and diseases, drought tolerance, fall display, and wildlife value.
