Free Tobacco Cessation Support Group
Description
The Placentia-Linda Hospital is offering a Free tobacco cessation support group on Wednesdays in February.
A tobacco cessation coordinator from Anaheim Memorial will present this 5-part series. This support group features a counselor-led group with topics including nicotine addiction, support system, relaxation techniques, and skill formation to help you stay tobacco free and prevent relapse.
