We all know having a strategic plan and setting goals is critical to having a successful business. But it can be an extremely overwhelming and daunting task to accomplish. At this workshop, maximize your time and energy with a simple 6-step process in making or modifying your strategic plan as the start of a new year draws near. The workshop will be interactive, and attendees are encouraged to bring their ideas and previous goals.
Attendees will complete at least three steps at the workshop, under the guidance of Andrew Carroll, and have an outline to help them finish their plan in a reasonable amount of time.
