Where better to celebrate an authentic New Orleans-style "Fat Tuesday" than Bourbon Street Bar and Grill, featuring the legendary Bourbon Street Hurricane cocktail for charity, located at 110 E. Commonwealth Ave. in Fullerton on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 from 11am-2am. In keeping with the theme of Fat Tuesday, Bourbon Street will be offering their signature Hurricane drink with proceeds benefitting Fullerton Cares Autism Foundation, and also their full menu of New Orleans-style Cajun cuisine, including Bourbon Street signatures dishes Louisiana chicken gumbo with dirty rice, rock shrimp jambalaya, Creole red beans ands rice, BBQ glazed pork belly sloppy joe, and catfish po' boy on a baguette. Says co-owner Houser, "Fat Tuesday is traditionally a day to eat delicious, hearty and savory foods, and we proudly carry on this tradition at Bourbon Street Bar and Grill each year."
