One of the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce's  free monthly Business Tool Box Series.

The District Attorney’s Office is serious about stopping bad checks in Orange County.An important first step in that direction is working with chambers throughout the County to educate merchants on how to effectively recoup their losses without cost.

The Bad Check Restitution Programprovides free assistance. The primary goal of the program is to obtain restitution and secondly, to hold check writers more accountable for their actions without creating an added burden for the criminal justice system. Check writers referred to the program must pay restitution and attend a mandatory educational class or risk possible criminal prosecution.
